Job description
The Apps and Gaming Partnerships team is responsible for growing Google’s business with strategic partner managers by providing partner management. The team works to build relationships, drive product adoptions, develop strategic business goals for partners, and deliver product insights to product teams. As a Mobile Apps Consultant, you will work with growing mobile developers and gaming studios by showcasing how a range of product offerings can grow their business.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google’s partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver against quarterly and product business growth goals.
- Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and conduct regular phone consultations and business discussions with clients to advise them on how to get the best return on their Google Ads investment.
- Own a portfolio of small businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building quarterly plans for achievement.
- Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting, in the Consumer Electronics, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the app developer landscape and technology.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup like environment.
- Experience working with business generation products.
- Knowledge of the apps ecosystem, business models, distribution channels, industry landscape, and developer success metrics.
- Ability to communicate in English and one or more of the following
- languages: Ukrainian fluently to support client relationships.
